Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you! It’s okay if you need to reschedule but I require a 48 hour notice for all color services and 24 notice for all other cancellations or you will be subject to the following:
•You will be charged for 50% of the service if you do not cancel within the above time parameters. •
•NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service fee.
•Multiple “no-shows” or repeated cancelations may require prepayment for all future services.
